Dr. Lesley Rabach is an expert female facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. She is a member of a small, elite group of facial plastic surgeons that exclusively perform surgery of the head and neck. Additionally, she is an expert in cosmetic procedures such as neuromodulators (Botox® and Dysport®) and dermal fillers(Juvaderm®, Restylane®, Radiesse® and Sculptra®).

Dr. Rabach’s credentials are superior. She was awarded a fellowship with the Glasgold Group through the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Prior to her fellowship, Dr. Rabach completed both a residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and an internship in General surgery at Yale New Haven Hospital. She received her Medical Degree from Drexel University College of Medicine after earning her undergraduate degree with honors from Brown University. Along with her academic honors and scholarships, Dr. Rabach is one of a select few surgeons to be double board eligible by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Her research has been extensively published in medical journals.



Dr. Morgan Rabach is a board-certified Dermatologist with expertise in cosmetic procedures such as neuromodulators (Botox® and Dysport®) and dermal fillers (Juvederm®, Restylane®, Radiesse®, and Sculptra®). In addition to her private practice, she is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital.  After graduating from Brown University with Honors in Biology, Dr. Rabach earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. She completed her medical internship at Yale New Haven Hospital and her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center where she served as chief resident.

Dr. Rabach’s practice encompasses medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, and she tailors her treatments to the individual needs of each patient. Her research has been published extensively throughout the field of dermatology.

Dr. Rabach also enjoys playing violin, cooking with her husband and playing with her two daughters.
