What is Rosacea?
Rosacea is a skin condition that mainly affects the face. It may be caused by genetics, environmental factors, or several other factors and shows up as redness, visible blood vessels, and sometimes acne-like bumps. It often starts with the tendency to blush or flush more easily than others; the redness can become more persistent over time. Rosacea commonly affects the cheeks, nose, forehead, and chin, but it can also irritate the eyes, a condition called ocular rosacea.
