By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from LM Medical NYC PLLC located at both 33 Fifth Avenue Suite 1b New York NY 10003 and 940 Park Avenue GFRE New York NY 10028 for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support. Reply STOP to opt out.

Message Frequency

You will receive yearly text reminder, appointment reminders and could get up to six messages a month.
